For fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, we highly suggest you inspect your items as soon as you're able because there is NO REFUND POLICY after delivery has been made. Not ONLY does G4C FARMS staff inspect EVERY PURCHASED ITEM BEFORE delivery, but our farmer network does the same thing so the chances of receiving a bad or damaged item is slim.
For packaged items, the return/exchange will be based on the parent entity. G4C FARMS WILL refund a given purchase, but the details of how that's done will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
