GROW4CARE F.A.R.M.S is 100% based and focused on our desire to expand and extend the reach of as many grassroots, local (urban and local) farmers, producers and artisans as possible. We believe that everything our communities need, we already have, we simply don't know that because we're not mobilized, organized and connected.
