Delivery & Returns
Delivery Policy
We have multiple delivery areas serving thousands of households in the Greater Houston Area. If you're inside the Beltway 8 Loop, we deliver. If you're outside this area, contact us via cell (832-239-7431) or email (TheCAREAllianceInfo@gmail.com) and we'll let you know.
Delivery Times
Typically, we deliver within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Once we've received your purchase, a text message and email will be sent to provide you a window for our delivery at which time you'll be able to let us know if that works for you.
We'll always do our best to accommodate you and your schedule as much as possible.
Return/Exchange Policy
For fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, we highly suggest you inspect your items as soon as you're able because there IS NO REFUND POLICY after delivery has been made. Not ONLY does G4C FARMS staff inspect EVERY PURCHASED ITEM BEFORE delivery, but our farmer network does the same thing so the chances of receiving a bad or damaged item is slim.
For packaged items, the return/exchange will be based on the parent entity. G4C FARMS WILL refund a given purchase, but the details of how that's done will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
At the end of the day, we want you to be happy and satisfied with G4C FARMS overall, your purchase and the delivery so we're ALWAYS going to do our VERY BEST to ensure we're getting gold stars in all three categories.
