GROW4CARE F.A.R.M.S. is a grassroots, community-based effort to mobilize and organize as many local and rural agricultural resources as possible to ensure healthy food consumption for communities in need. Fresh Agricultural Resources Management System is our goal; to create a system that we own and control for the purpose of managing what (and how) we consume.
